Get Fit with WTF Running
I love what I do. As a qualified physical educationalist and sports scientist I want to help as many people as possible to become fitter, healthier versions of themselves and to have fun in the process.

At WTF Running our services include Fitness Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, Nutritional Advice, Running Analysis and Race Preparation.

Fitness for All
I have worked with all ages, from under 6 to over 60 and from complete beginners to professional sports people. My overarching principle is to ensure that everyone I work with is enjoying themselves and is strengthening their intrinsic motivation to be healthy.
